PWC Boston’s Leadership Development Program helps members grow as confident, connected leaders within the AEC industry. Designed by members, for members, this six-month experience blends hands-on learning, peer collaboration, and professional coaching to help participants lead with purpose and impact.

Overview

In support of PWC’s mission to support, advance, and connect women, and to promote diversity within the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), and related industries, our Professional Leadership Development Program seeks to:

  • Provide opportunities for people across all stages in their careers to create deeper relationships with industry colleagues
  • Develop essential leadership skills that are tailored to success at different career inflection points
  • Create a setting for people to shift their mindset and implement strategies to accelerate their career growth
  • Foster collaboration among people who are seeking to gain the confidence to lead in their own careers and across our industries
  • PWC is committed to providing people throughout their careers with the right learning at the right time

How to Join

You should apply to this program if you:

  • Demonstrate an interest in improving your work, industry, or community
  • Have a growth mindset and enjoy being with others with a growth mindset
  • Are naturally curious and have a level of self-awareness or introspection
  • Are recognized and treated by others as a leader or innovator, either formally or informally
  • Would welcome the support and structure to help you evolve professionally
  • Support PWC’s mission:
    • by investing in the community championing your fellow member participants
    • by participating in the support and success of your cohort
  • A member of PWC
