PWC Boston’s Leadership Development Program helps members grow as confident, connected leaders within the AEC industry. Designed by members, for members, this six-month experience blends hands-on learning, peer collaboration, and professional coaching to help participants lead with purpose and impact.
Overview
In support of PWC’s mission to support, advance, and connect women, and to promote diversity within the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), and related industries, our Professional Leadership Development Program seeks to:
- Provide opportunities for people across all stages in their careers to create deeper relationships with industry colleagues
- Develop essential leadership skills that are tailored to success at different career inflection points
- Create a setting for people to shift their mindset and implement strategies to accelerate their career growth
- Foster collaboration among people who are seeking to gain the confidence to lead in their own careers and across our industries
- PWC is committed to providing people throughout their careers with the right learning at the right time
How to Join
You should apply to this program if you:
- Demonstrate an interest in improving your work, industry, or community
- Have a growth mindset and enjoy being with others with a growth mindset
- Are naturally curious and have a level of self-awareness or introspection
- Are recognized and treated by others as a leader or innovator, either formally or informally
- Would welcome the support and structure to help you evolve professionally

Facilitator Information
Shea O’Neil, PCC
Shea O’Neil, PCC, works with individuals, teams, and organizations to build leadership mindsets, skills, and results through executive and team coaching, strategic advising, and organizational change initiatives. She brings two decades of experience supporting clients across industries including science, finance, technology, design, higher education, and real estate.
Her practice integrates evidence-based insights, body-based education, and equity-centered approaches — combining research in neuroscience with wisdom traditions to foster sustainable leadership and team development. Shea has partnered with organizations such as Novartis, Biogen, Bristol Myers Squibb, Redgate Real Estate, and Bergmeyer Design Collective, among many others.
Liz Myers, PCC
Liz Myers, PCC, is the founder of Integrative Leadership Strategies, LLC, established in 2006 to help leaders achieve greater clarity, authenticity, and results. A former engineer turned leadership development professional, Liz partners with organizations to bring more humanity and collaboration to the workplace.
She has coached, trained, and consulted with clients worldwide, helping transform loosely connected groups into high-performing teams. Liz also teaches leadership and organizational development as Adjunct Faculty at Northeastern University. She holds degrees in Civil and Structural Engineering from Cornell and Stanford and earned her Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation.
Program Expectations
Participants are expected to fully engage in all program activities to maximize their learning and leadership growth. Expectations include:
• Attend all six in-person sessions (approximately two hours each, with the first and final sessions lasting about three hours), held monthly from January through June.
• Meeting in pairs or small peer groups between sessions (in person or virtual) to discuss how you’re applying your learning and to give and receive peer coaching
• Completing a few selected brief readings or podcasts on relevant leadership topics that will be incorporated into session discussions
• Attending the June graduation ceremony to recognize and celebrate your accomplishments and those of your peers
Program Investment
The program fee is $2,000, due upon acceptance. This non-refundable fee includes all session materials, readings, and a certificate of completion.
