Membership Committee

The Membership Committee is responsible for the recruitment, engagement, and retention of chapter members. The committee actively promotes membership growth by identifying and welcoming prospective members and by ensuring that all new members are effectively integrated into the chapter community. 

 In addition to recruitment, the committee develops and implements strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention. Through ongoing communication, engagement initiatives, learning and development opportunities, and evaluation of member needs, the committee supports the sustained vitality and long-term success of the chapter.
